Indonesia is diabetes. The number of communities affected by the disease is

One of these myths is diabetes can be caused by the habit of eating rice too
much.

since it does require great energy for everyday activities, so this myth is

A study was conducted to find out any link
between the consumption of rice with diabetes in China. As information, like in
Indonesia, the Chinese community also consume rice as a meal anyway. In

According to health experts, consume too
much rice did in fact can make blood sugar shot up significantly. If this is
the case in the long run, the body may experience insulin resistance thus

who consider they have not eaten if we have not eaten rice? Health experts say
that it's good we start regulating portion of rice that we consume every day.

of the total daily food consumption.
Our daily carbohydrate source turns out to
be not only comes from rice, instead of the sweet drinks, noodles, bread,
biscuits, etc. Look at this, it's good we try to lower your intake of rice so
as not to overload and compensate with vegetables that are rich in fiber so
that we could feel full. With styling your diet more healthy and balanced
nutrition levels, then we will be better in preventing diabetes.
